About Our Attorneys
Our senior partner and longtime friend, Harvey S. Lutins, passed away in 2015, leaving his stamp of dedication and excellence on the Virginia legal community. Harvey practiced many types of law and handled cases that gained national exposure — while never flagging in his dedication to our clients in the Roanoke Valley. Over his 60-year legal career, he also mentored many of the Roanoke Valley’s respected attorneys, including our managing partner, J. Emmette Pilgreen.
Emmette is a seasoned litigator with more than 20 years of experience in courts across Virginia. He is proud to uphold our firm’s legacy of fighting intelligently for the best possible outcome on behalf of all our clients.
